## Sessions

The cost of therapy is based on a typical 55-minute session. Longer sessions of approximately 90 minutes to two hours may be available when appropriate.

### Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by a health insurance or employee benefit plan. Coverage changes, so clients should confirm current details directly with their plan.

- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible, and has it been met?
- How many sessions does my plan cover?
- What amount is covered per therapy session?
- Is approval or a referral required?

### Reduced fee and payment
